All Outlook Design Furniture products are made 100% in house at our factory in Tauranga. The Botany bunk is made from 48mm round x 1.4 thick NZ Tubular steel. It comes with 2 safety rails and the ladder can be assembled on any side of the bunk for ease of access. This bunk also splits into 2 single beds to the same height. Assembly is very easy requiring only an Allen key which is supplied. The slats are made from NZ Pine and roll out making insertion very easy.
