All Outlook Design Furniture products are made 100% in house at our factory in Tauranga. The Smile bed is made from NZ Pine and is available in a large range of colours. As with all of our wooden beds you have the option of having a plain duvet end that is shown on the Expresso bed. Assembly is very easy requiring only and Allen key with is supplied. The slats are made from NZ Pine and are interlocking making insertion very easy. The Apollo furniture is made from 18mm high density Trimax board and a metal base. All our furniture is completely assembled at time of delivery. Outlook Shelving is purchased in component form so you have the ability to build the shelving to suit your needs. The componentry comes in: Small end, Large end, Desk, Desk with drawer, Shelves and Cross brace. The shelves can be placed anywhere within in the frame as they clip onto the metal rung in the ends.
