No, you can choose from any colour within our colour range.
What are your products made from?
Depending on the product, our range is made from a combination of NZ Steel, NZ Pine and high density Trimax board.
Do all your beds and bunks have wooden slats?
Yes! However on some of our commercial bunks we can make tubular metal slats.
Do your products come with any warranty?
Yes! 5 years for any manufacturing fault.
How long have you been manufacturing?
Since 1979.
Do you import any of your products?
NO! All Outlook Design Furniture products are manufactured here in our Papamoa factory in the sunny Bay of Plenty.

Which of your bunks split into beds?
Botany bunk, Briar bunk, Monaco bunk, Newgate bunk, Pastel UO bunk and Radda UO bunk.
Can I get a discount?
Not on a single product, however we can accommodate if you purchase a large quantity.
Does your pricing include mattresses?
We haven't included mattresses in the pricing as everyone has a different idea on what mattresses they like. Mattress pricing can be found under Accessories.
Can you do home deliveries?
Most certainly! There is normally a charge for delivery depending on where you live.
Can you install?
Yes we can, depending on your location. Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss.
We love your product but we want to paint it ourselves, can we do this?
Definitely, we can make the product raw and you can paint to your hearts content!
What types of payment do you take?
Direct Credit, Eftpos, Visa/Mastercard or Cheque.
Do you offer a layby service?
We sure do! All we require is a 50% deposit confirming your order and you have 12 weeks to pay.
